Embrace Your Transferable Skills You might be thinking, "I don't have any experience in the workforce, so how will I ever get a job?". The good news is you have acquired a wealthy list of transferable skills throughout your study! Research and Learning: For years, you have spent every day at school researching and learning new information. This is a highly transferable skill that employers will look for when you enter the workforce. Your ability to learn new information will be critical to your success in the workforce - and you have had extensive training in learning new information! Communication Skills: Employers are always looking for people who can actively listen and convey their ideas clearly.
